A conversation
only you can bring.
Can you be kind and still win? We’re inviting people who have shaped business, culture, sport, and public life to explore what their experiences have taught them about kindness and power.
The story behind the decisions
Behind every role and achievement are choices most people never hear about. The decision that cost you something. The person who changed your mind. The moment you realized an old idea about leadership no longer served you.
Kindly Explain makes space for those stories. The aim is to help people think more deeply about their own influence—at work, at home, and in the communities they shape.
A few questions to sit with
- What did getting to the top ask you to leave behind?
- When did being kind become the harder decision?
- How do you set a high standard, equip people to meet it, and protect their dignity when they fall short?
- Which idea about power did you have to unlearn?

Her question is personal: can we build something extraordinary and remain the people we want to be?
What participating looks like
We start with a short introduction about the perspective you’d bring. From there, we explore the story together and agree on the conversation’s direction. We agree on format and timing, with just a little preparation in advance. The conversation itself is honest and unrehearsed.
Representatives are welcome to make the introduction and coordinate on a guest’s behalf. The podcast is in development; participation is arranged individually.
